Admin Needed!!

HEY, GUYS!! Mysticstar875 here.

Things have been pretty slow lately (Sorry for that!) since we've had two admin leave, on top of the others that had to resign beforehand. We're down to 2 Bloggers and 3 Recruiters. It should be enough recruiters, but some of them are having errors in seeing submissions and applications to join the group. If you look at our stats, you'd see we get about 80-100+ of these submissions and applications per week and because of the internal issues, I have to accept/deny at least 75% of them. This being said, we could really use some help.

Here are a list of the jobs and who is doing them/what we need help with:

Blogs:
News Updates by Mysticstar875 (when needed)
Weekly/Monthly Prompt by WitheredPages (Fridays/8th of the month)
Contest Updates by Mysticstar875 - once other jobs are filled
"Meet the Group" by AkashasDreamworld (2nd of the Month)

Features
Interview with a Member/Admin by Lyricsloveandbooks (20th of the Month)
Monthly Round-Up by MauraGreen (Last Day of the Month)

Plus Recruiters and extra Bloggers in case someone can't submit a blog.

If you'd like to be ANY admin (Blogger or Recruiter), please be aware that you must(also):
Accept members into the group
Look over deviations to see if they can be accepted/denied (details in the Admin Area)
Read and respond to all Admin announcements (respond just so I know you read them)
Be adaptable to any changes (you may need to fill in for someone)
Be able to handle conflict (not often, and also tell me)
Be available most days (it's cool if you don't get on EVERY day)
(Not required, but suggested) Have other means of communication besides dA

Please, we need help. If you are interested in being an administrator, send a note to me with what occupation you'd like and what (if Blogger) job you'd like to fill. Remember; if you want to be a Blogger and fill a specific spot, it's a first-come-first-serve deal (unless you're fine with being a substitute).
